surah Inshiqaq aya 4 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَأَلْقَتْ مَا فِيهَا وَتَخَلَّتْ﴾
[ الانشقاق: 4]
84:4 And has cast out that within it and relinquished [it]
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd throws out the treasures and the dead in it and becomes rid of them.

And has cast out all that was in it and became empty,
phonetic Transliteration
Waalqat ma feeha watakhallat
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
And casts forth what is within it and becomes (clean) empty,
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
