surah Anbiya aya 41 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلَقَدِ اسْتُهْزِئَ بِرُسُلٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَحَاقَ بِالَّذِينَ سَخِرُوا مِنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ﴾
[ الأنبياء: 41]
21:41 And already were messengers ridiculed before you, but those who mocked them were enveloped by what they used to ridicule.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishO Messenger! Even if your people mock you, you are not unique in that, because many messengers before you were also mocked at.
After their messengers warned them of it, the very punishment the disbelievers made a mockery of engulfed them in this very world.

Indeed (many) Messengers were mocked before you (O Muhammad SAW), but the scoffers were surrounded by that, whereat they used to mock.

Walaqadi istuhzia birusulin min qablika fahaqa biallatheena sakhiroo minhum ma kanoo bihi yastahzioona

Mocked were (many) messenger before thee; But their scoffers were hemmed in by the thing that they mocked.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Indeed (many) Messengers were mocked before you, but the scoffers were surrounded by what they used to mock.
