Say, "O Allah, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of (39:46)

﴿قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ فَاطِرَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ أَنتَ تَحْكُمُ بَيْنَ عِبَادِكَ فِي مَا كَانُوا فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ﴾
[ الزمر: 46]

39:46 Say, "O Allah, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, You will judge between your servants concerning that over which they used to differ."

Say, O Messenger: O Allah, Creator of the heavens and the earth without any precedent, Knower of what is absent and what is present! Nothing of that is hidden from You.
You alone will decide between Your servants on the Day of Resurrection about what they used to differ in the world, and it will become clear who is right and who is wrong and who is fortunate and who is not.

Say (O Muhammad SAW): "O Allah! Creator of the heavens and the earth! All-Knower of the Ghaib (unseen) and the seen. You will judge between your slaves about that wherein they used to differ."

phonetic Transliteration

Quli allahumma fatira alssamawati waalardi AAalima alghaybi waalshshahadati anta tahkumu bayna AAibadika fee ma kanoo feehi yakhtalifoona

Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation

Say: "O Allah! Creator of the heavens and the earth! Knower of all that is hidden and open! it is Thou that wilt judge between Thy Servants in those matters about which they have differed."

Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

Say: "O Allah! Creator of the heavens and the earth! All-Knower of the unseen and the seen! You will judge between your servants about that wherein they used to differ."
