﴿وَكُلُّ شَيْءٍ فَعَلُوهُ فِي الزُّبُرِ﴾
[ القمر: 52]
54:52 And everything they did is in written records.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishEverything the servants do is written in the books of the guardian angels, whom nothing escapes.

And each and everything they have done is noted in (their) Records (of deeds).

Wakullu shayin faAAaloohu fee alzzuburi

All that they do is noted in (their) Books (of Deeds):
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
