surah Baqarah aya 6 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ﴾
[ البقرة: 6]
2:6 Indeed, those who disbelieve - it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThose who reject what Allah revealed to His Messenger continue on the wrong path in their stubbornness.
So, it makes no difference whether you warn them or not.

Verily, those who disbelieve, it is the same to them whether you (O Muhammad Peace be upon him) warn them or do not warn them, they will not believe.
