surah Sad aya 61 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿قَالُوا رَبَّنَا مَن قَدَّمَ لَنَا هَٰذَا فَزِدْهُ عَذَابًا ضِعْفًا فِي النَّارِ﴾
[ ص: 61]
38:61 They will say, "Our Lord, whoever brought this upon us - increase for him double punishment in the Fire."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe followers will say: “Our Lord, whoever lead us astray from the guidance after it came to us, double his punishment in the fire”.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
They will say: "Our Lord! Whoever brought this upon us, add to him a double torment in the Fire!"
phonetic Transliteration
Qaloo rabbana man qaddama lana hatha fazidhu AAathaban diAAfan fee alnnari
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
They will say: "Our Lord! whoever brought this upon us,- Add to him a double Penalty in the Fire!"
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
They will say: "Our Lord! Whoever brought this upon us, add to him a double torment in the Fire!"
