﴿قَالَ إِنَّكَ لَن تَسْتَطِيعَ مَعِيَ صَبْرًا﴾
[ الكهف: 67]

English - Sahih International

18:67 He said, "Indeed, with me you will never be able to have patience.

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

Khidr said: You will not be able to bear patience over what you see of my knowledge, because it will not correspond with your knowledge.

Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

He (Khidr) said: "Verily! You will not be able to have patience with me!

(The other) said: "Verily thou wilt not be able to have patience with me!"
