﴿قَالَ إِنَّكَ لَن تَسْتَطِيعَ مَعِيَ صَبْرًا﴾
[ الكهف: 67]
18:67 He said, "Indeed, with me you will never be able to have patience.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishKhidr said: You will not be able to bear patience over what you see of my knowledge, because it will not correspond with your knowledge.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
He (Khidr) said: "Verily! You will not be able to have patience with me!
phonetic Transliteration
Qala innaka lan tastateeAAa maAAiya sabran
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
(The other) said: "Verily thou wilt not be able to have patience with me!"
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
He said: "Verily, you will not be able to have patience with me!"
