﴿قَالَ هَلْ يَسْمَعُونَكُمْ إِذْ تَدْعُونَ﴾
[ الشعراء: 72]
26:72 He said, "Do they hear you when you supplicate?
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAbraham said to them, “Do the idols hear your prayers when you supplicate to them?”

He said: "Do they hear you, when you call (on them)?
phonetic Transliteration
Qala hal yasmaAAoonakum ith tadAAoona
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
He said: "Do they listen to you when ye call (on them)?"
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
He said: "Do they hear you when you call"
