﴿إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ اسْتَكْبَرَ وَكَانَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ﴾

38:74 Except Iblees; he was arrogant and became among the disbelievers.

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

Besides Iblis who was too arrogant to prostrate.
And through his being arrogant to the command of his Lord, he was from the disbelievers.
