Perché non produssero quattro testimoni in proposito? Se non portano i [quattro] - sura An-Nur Versetto 13

﴿لَّوْلَا جَاءُوا عَلَيْهِ بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاءَ ۚ فَإِذْ لَمْ يَأْتُوا بِالشُّهَدَاءِ فَأُولَٰئِكَ عِندَ اللَّهِ هُمُ الْكَاذِبُونَ﴾
[ النور: 13]

Perché non produssero quattro testimoni in proposito? Se non portano i [quattro] testimoni, allora davanti ad Allah, sono essi i bugiardi.

Se solo costoro che hanno accusato la madre dei credenti Ā`ishah, che Allāh sia compiaciuto di lei, avessero portato quattro testimoni a testimoniare che le loro accuse sono veritiere! Se non portano quattro testimoni, e non potranno mai portarli, essi saranno considerati dei menzogneri, secondo la Legge di Allāh.

Portuguese Translation - Helmy Nasr

Que houvessem chegado com quatro testemunhas disso! Então, se não chegaram com as testemunhas, esses são, perante Allah, os mentirosos.

Spanish - Noor International

13. ¿Por qué no presentaron cuatro testigos de lo que decían? Si no presentan los testigos, son ellos los mentirosos ante Al-lah.

English - Sahih International

Why did they [who slandered] not produce for it four witnesses? And when they do not produce the witnesses, then it is they, in the sight of Allah, who are the liars.
