And thus have We sent the Qur'an down as verses of clear (22:16)

﴿وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَنزَلْنَاهُ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ يَهْدِي مَن يُرِيدُ﴾
[ الحج: 16]

22:16 And thus have We sent the Qur'an down as verses of clear evidence and because Allah guides whom He intends.

Just as I explained the clear proofs for resurrection, I revealed the Qur’ān to Muhammad ( peace be upon him ) as clear verses, and Allah enables whomever He wishes through His grace to the path of guidance and righteousness.

Thus have We sent it (this Quran) down (to Muhammad SAW) as clear signs, evidences and proofs, and surely, Allah guides whom He wills.

Wakathalika anzalnahu ayatin bayyinatin waanna Allaha yahdee man yureedu

Thus have We sent down Clear Signs; and verily Allah doth guide whom He will!

Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

Thus have We sent it down as clear Ayat, and surely, Allah guides whom He wills.
