surah An Nur aya 18 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَيُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمُ الْآيَاتِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ﴾
[ النور: 18]
24:18 And Allah makes clear to you the verses, and Allah is Knowing and Wise.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAllah makes clear for you the verses which comprise His rulings and advices.
Allah is Knowing of your actions, nothing of them being hidden from Him and He shall reward you for them, Wise in His managing and His legislating.

And Allah makes the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) plain to you, and Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.

The question of a bad opinion should arise only when there is a definite and concrete basis for it. Every person should, as a matter of principle, be considered as innocent unless there are sound reasons to hold him guilty or suspect. Every person should be considered as truthful unless there are strong grounds for holding him as unreliable
