﴿وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ﴾
[ آل عمران: 189]
3:189 And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and Allah is over all things competent.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishWith Allah alone is the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all that is in them: in its creation and administration.
Allah is powerful over all things.

To Allah belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth; and Allah hath power over all things.
