﴿وَالْقَمَرِ إِذَا تَلَاهَا﴾
[ الشمس: 2]
91:2 And [by] the moon when it follows it
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishHe also takes an oath on the moon when it follows the sun after it has set.

Waalqamari itha talaha

By the Moon as she follows him;
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
