﴿وَالنَّهَارِ إِذَا جَلَّاهَا﴾
[ الشمس: 3]
91:3 And [by] the day when it displays it
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAllah also takes an oath on the day when it reveals whatever is on the face of the earth through its light.

And by the day as it shows up (the sun's) brightness;

Waalnnahari itha jallaha
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
By the Day as it shows up (the Sun's) glory;
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
By the day as it Jallaha.
