surah Zukhruf aya 89 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿فَاصْفَحْ عَنْهُمْ وَقُلْ سَلَامٌ ۚ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ﴾
[ الزخرف: 89]
43:89 So turn aside from them and say, "Peace." But they are going to know.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishSo ignore them, and say to them whatever repels their evil - this was in Makkah - they will soon realise what punishment they will face.

So turn away from them (O Muhammad SAW), and say: Salam (peace)! But they will come to know.

Faisfah AAanhum waqul salamun fasawfa yaAAlamoona

But turn away from them, and say "Peace!" But soon shall they know!

(43:89) Indulge them, (O Prophet), and say to them: 'Peace to you.' *71 For soon they shall come to know.
