surah Anam aya 98 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنشَأَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ فَمُسْتَقَرٌّ وَمُسْتَوْدَعٌ ۗ قَدْ فَصَّلْنَا الْآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَفْقَهُونَ﴾
[ الأنعام: 98]
6:98 And it is He who produced you from one soul and [gave you] a place of dwelling and of storage. We have detailed the signs for a people who understand.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishHe, may He be glorified, is the One Who created you from one soul, which was the soul of your father, Adam.
He began your creation by forming your father, Adam, from clay and then He created you from him.
He also created for you a place for you to settle in, which is the wombs of your mothers, and a depository in which you are stored, which is the loins of your fathers.
I have explained the signs to a people who can understand the words of Allah.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
It is He Who has created you from a single person (Adam), and has given you a place of residing (on the earth or in your mother's wombs) and a place of storage [in the earth (in your graves) or in your father's loins]. Indeed, We have explained in detail Our revelations (this Quran) for people who understand.

Wahuwa allathee anshaakum min nafsin wahidatin famustaqarrun wamustawdaAAun qad fassalna alayati liqawmin yafqahoona

It is He Who hath produced you from a single person: here is a place of sojourn and a place of departure: We detail Our signs for people who understand.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
It is He Who has created you from a single person, and has given you a place of residing and a place of storage. Indeed, We have explained in detail Our revelations for people who understand.
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".

We have expounded and distinctly expressed Our revelations to people who comprehend the facts
Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi
(6:98) It is He Who created you out of a single being, *65 and appointed for each of you a time-limit and a resting place. We have indeed spelled out Our signs for those who can understand. *66
And it is He who produced you from one soul and [gave meaning
*65). This means that God caused the human race to originate from one human being.
*66). If one were to observe carefully the creation of the human species, its division into male and female, the proliferation of the human race by procreation, the passing of life through its several stages in the womb of the mother from conception to childbirth, one would perceive innumerable signs to help one grasp the truth mentioned above. But only those who make proper use of their intellect can be led by means of these signs to an understanding of Reality. Those who live like animals, who are concerned merely with the satisfaction of their lusts and desires, can perceive nothing significant in these phenomena.

اور وہی ہے جس نے ایک متنفس سے تم کو پید ا کیا پھر ہر ایک کے لیے ایک جائے قرار ہے اور ایک اس کے سونپے جانے کی جگہ یہ نشانیاں ہم نے واضح کر دی ہیں اُن لوگوں کے لیے جو سمجھ بوجھ رکھتے ہیں
