surah Raad aya 10 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿سَوَاءٌ مِّنكُم مَّنْ أَسَرَّ الْقَوْلَ وَمَن جَهَرَ بِهِ وَمَنْ هُوَ مُسْتَخْفٍ بِاللَّيْلِ وَسَارِبٌ بِالنَّهَارِ﴾
[ الرعد: 10]
13:10 It is the same [to Him] concerning you whether one conceals [his] speech or one publicizes it and whether one is hidden by night or conspicuous [among others] by day.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishHe knows what is secret and what is even more hidden.
Whether you, O people, hide your statements or proclaim them, it is the same in His knowledge.
A person who hides from the eyes of people under the darkness of the night and the one who acts openly in the light of day, are equally known by Him.

It is the same (to Him) whether any of you conceal his speech or declare it openly, whether he be hid by night or go forth freely by day.

It is the same (to Him) whether any of you conceal his speech or declare it openly; whether he lie hid by night or walk forth freely by day.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
It is the same (to Him) whether any of you conceals his speech or declares it openly, whether he be hid by night or goes forth freely by day.
