Verse 10 from surah Ar-Rad

﴿سَوَاءٌ مِّنكُم مَّنْ أَسَرَّ الْقَوْلَ وَمَن جَهَرَ بِهِ وَمَنْ هُوَ مُسْتَخْفٍ بِاللَّيْلِ وَسَارِبٌ بِالنَّهَارِ﴾
[ الرعد: 10]

English - Sahih International

13:10 It is the same [to Him] concerning you whether one conceals [his] speech or one publicizes it and whether one is hidden by night or conspicuous [among others] by day.

Tafsir Ibn Katheer in English

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

He knows what is secret and what is even more hidden.
Whether you, O people, hide your statements or proclaim them, it is the same in His knowledge.
A person who hides from the eyes of people under the darkness of the night and the one who acts openly in the light of day, are equally known by Him.

Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

It is the same (to Him) whether any of you conceal his speech or declare it openly, whether he be hid by night or go forth freely by day.

Sawaon minkum man asarra alqawla waman jahara bihi waman huwa mustakhfin biallayli wasaribun bialnnahari

It is the same (to Him) whether any of you conceal his speech or declare it openly; whether he lie hid by night or walk forth freely by day.
