﴿اذْهَبْ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّهُ طَغَىٰ﴾
[ النازعات: 17]
79:17 "Go to Pharaoh. Indeed, he has transgressed.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAmong the things He said to him was: “Go to Pharaoh; indeed, he has trespassed the limits of oppression and arrogance.

Go to Fir'aun (Pharaoh), verily, he has transgressed all bounds (in crimes, sins, polytheism, disbelief, etc.).

"Go thou to Pharaoh for he has indeed transgressed all bounds:
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Go to Fir`awn; verily, he has transgressed all bounds.
