﴿إِنَّهُ فَكَّرَ وَقَدَّرَ﴾
[ المدثر: 18]
74:18 Indeed, he thought and deliberated.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThis disbeliever whom I bestowed with those favours thought about what he should say in order to refute the Qur’ān, and planned this within himself.
