﴿إِنَّكُمْ لَذَائِقُو الْعَذَابِ الْأَلِيمِ﴾
[ الصافات: 38]
37:38 Indeed, you [disbelievers] will be tasters of the painful punishment,
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishO idolaters! You are surely going to suffer the painful punishment on the Day of Judgement due to your disbelief and rejection of the messengers.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
Verily, you (pagans of Makkah) are going to taste the painful torment;
phonetic Transliteration
Innakum lathaiqoo alAAathabi alaleemi
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Ye shall indeed taste of the Grievous Penalty;-
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Verily, you are going to taste the painful torment;
