﴿مَا تَسْبِقُ مِنْ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسْتَأْخِرُونَ﴾
[ المؤمنون: 43]
23:43 No nation will precede its time [of termination], nor will they remain [thereafter].
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishNone of these rejecting nations will precede the time fixed for their destruction, nor will they be delayed from it, regardless of whatever means they have at their disposal.
