surah TaHa aya 7 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَإِن تَجْهَرْ بِالْقَوْلِ فَإِنَّهُ يَعْلَمُ السِّرَّ وَأَخْفَى﴾
[ طه: 7]
20:7 And if you speak aloud - then indeed, He knows the secret and what is [even] more hidden.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishIf you, O Messenger, proclaim the word or conceal it, He, may He be glorified, knows all of that.
He knows the secrets and what is even more hidden, such as thoughts in the mind.
Nothing is hidden from Him.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
And if you (O Muhammad SAW) speak (the invocation) aloud, then verily, He knows the secret and that which is yet more hidden.

Wain tajhar bialqawli fainnahu yaAAlamu alssirra waakhfa
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
If thou pronounce the word aloud, (it is no matter): for verily He knoweth what is secret and what is yet more hidden.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And if you speak aloud, then verily, He knows the secret and that which is yet more hidden.

(20:7) Whether you utter your supplication in a loud voice (it makes no difference) for He hears not only what is said in a low voice but also what is kept most secret. *3

*3) That 'is, "You need not complain to Allah in a loud voice against the persecution from which you and your companions are suffering and the mischievous machinations your enemies are devising to defeat you for Allah is fully aware of all those things, and He hears even the complaints you cherish in your hearts."
