[ الفرقان: 73]

25:73 And those who, when reminded of the verses of their Lord, do not fall upon them deaf and blind.

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

Those who, when reminded of Allah’s signs that are heard and seen, do not turn a deaf ear to the signs that are heard and do not turn a blind eye to the signs that are seen.

Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

And those who, when they are reminded of the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of their Lord, fall not deaf and blind thereat.

Waallatheena itha thukkiroo biayati rabbihim lam yakhirroo AAalayha summan waAAumyanan

Those who, when they are admonished with the Signs of their Lord, droop not down at them as if they were deaf or blind;

Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

And those who, when they are reminded of the Ayat of their Lord, fall not deaf and blind thereat.

(25:73) who do not behave like the blind and the deaf, when the Revelations of their Lord are recited to them for admonition ; *91

*91) The true servants of Allah do not behave like the blind and the deaf towards the Revelations of Allah, when they are recited to them for their admonition. They do not turn a deaf ear to their teachings and Message and do not deliberately close their eyes to the Signs that they are asked to observe, but are deeply moved by them. They follow and practise what they are enjoined and retrain from what is forbidden.
