Surah Maidah Ayat 106 meaning in Hindi

ऐ ईमान लानेवालों! जब तुममें से किसी की मृत्यु का समय आ जाए तो वसीयत के समय तुममें से दो न्यायप्रिय व्यक्ति गवाह हों, या तुम्हारे ग़ैर लोगों में से दूसरे दो व्यक्ति गवाह बन जाएँ, यह उस समय कि यदि तुम कहीं सफ़र में गए हो और मृत्यु तुमपर आ पहुँचे। यदि तुम्हें कोई सन्देह हो तो नमाज़ के पश्चात उन दोनों को रोक लो, फिर वे दोनों अल्लाह की क़समें खाएँ कि "हम इसके बदले कोई मूल्य स्वीकार करनेवाले नहीं हैं चाहे कोई नातेदार ही क्यों न हो और न हम अल्लाह की गवाही छिपाते है। निस्सन्देह ऐसा किया तो हम गुनाहगार ठहरेंगे।"

Quran Urdu translation

مومنو! جب تم میں سے کسی کی موت آموجود ہو تو شہادت (کا نصاب) یہ ہے کہ وصیت کے وقت تم (مسلمانوں) میں سے دو عادل (یعنی صاحب اعتبار) گواہ ہوں یا اگر (مسلمان نہ ملیں اور) تم سفر کر رہے ہو اور (اس وقت) تم پر موت کی مصیبت واقع ہو تو کسی دوسرے مذہب کے دو (شخصوں کو) گواہ (کر لو) اگر تم کو ان گواہوں کی نسبت کچھ شک ہو تو ان کو (عصر کی) نماز کے بعد کھڑا کرو اور دونوں خدا کی قسمیں کھائیں کہ ہم شہادت کا کچھ عوض نہیں لیں گے گو ہمارا رشتہ دار ہی ہو اور نہ ہم الله کی شہادت کو چھپائیں گے اگر ایسا کریں گے تو گنہگار ہوں گے

(5:106) Believers! When death approaches you, let two men of equity among you act as witnesses when you make your bequest; *120 or let two of those from others than yourselves act as witnesses if you are on a journey when the affliction of death befalls you. *121 Then if any doubt occurs you shall detain both of them (in the mosque) after the Prayer, and they shall swear by Allah: 'We shall neither sell our testimony in return for any gain even though it concerns any near of kin nor shall we conceal our testimony which we owe to Allah, for then we should become among sinners.' .

O you who have believed, testimony [should be taken] among you when meaning
