Vosotros que creéis! Que haya testigos entre vosotros en el momento del (5:106)

﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا شَهَادَةُ بَيْنِكُمْ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَكُمُ الْمَوْتُ حِينَ الْوَصِيَّةِ اثْنَانِ ذَوَا عَدْلٍ مِّنكُمْ أَوْ آخَرَانِ مِنْ غَيْرِكُمْ إِنْ أَنتُمْ ضَرَبْتُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَأَصَابَتْكُم مُّصِيبَةُ الْمَوْتِ ۚ تَحْبِسُونَهُمَا مِن بَعْدِ الصَّلَاةِ فَيُقْسِمَانِ بِاللَّهِ إِنِ ارْتَبْتُمْ لَا نَشْتَرِي بِهِ ثَمَنًا وَلَوْ كَانَ ذَا قُرْبَىٰ ۙ وَلَا نَكْتُمُ شَهَادَةَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا إِذًا لَّمِنَ الْآثِمِينَ﴾

Vosotros que creéis! Que haya testigos entre vosotros en el momento del testamento cuando a alguno se le presente la muerte.Dos de los vuestros que sean justos u otros distintos, si estáis de viaje por la tierra y os sobreviene la circunstancia de la muerte. Haced que se queden después del salat y si tenéis dudas, haced que juren por Allah: "No lo venderemos a ningún precio ni por nadie, aunque fuera un pariente próximo, y no ocultaremos el testimonio de Allah pues, en ese caso, estaríamos entre los transgresores".

¡Oh, creyentes! Ante la inminencia de la muerte deben declarar su testamento ante dos testigos confiables conocidos, o bien dos extraños si están de viaje y les sobreviene la [agonía de la] muerte. Si dudan [del testimonio] de los testigos, reténganlos hasta después de la oración para que juren por Dios: "No pretendemos, con nuestro testimonio, ningún provecho personal ni beneficiar a un pariente. No ocultamos el testimonio que Dios nos ordenó declarar, porque de hacerlo nos contaríamos entre los pecadores".

106. Oh, creyentes!, si a alguno de vosotros está próximo a morir y quiere dejar testamento, que tome a dos testigos justos de entre vosotros o a otros dos que no sean de los vuestros (porque no sean musulmanes), si la adversidad de la muerte os alcanza estando de viaje. Retenedlos después del salat y, si tenéis dudas sobre ellos, que juren por Al-lah (lo siguiente): «No cambiaremos el testimonio bajo ningún precio, ni en beneficio de algún pariente cercano, y no ocultaremos el testimonio de Al-lah, de lo contrario estaríamos entre los pecadores».

O you who have believed, testimony [should be taken] among you when death approaches one of you at the time of bequest - [that of] two just men from among you or two others from outside if you are traveling through the land and the disaster of death should strike you. Detain them after the prayer and let them both swear by Allah if you doubt [their testimony, saying], "We will not exchange our oath for a price, even if he should be a near relative, and we will not withhold the testimony of Allah. Indeed, we would then be of the sinful."
