Verse 11 from surah As-Saff

﴿تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَتُجَاهِدُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ﴾
[ الصف: 11]

English - Sahih International

61:11 [It is that] you believe in Allah and His Messenger and strive in the cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives. That is best for you, if you should know.

Tafsir Ibn Katheer in English

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

This profitable trade is that you have faith in Allah and His messenger, and you strive in His path ( may He be glorified ) by spending your wealth and giving your lives to seek His pleasure.
That action is better for you if you know, so rush towards it.

Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

That you believe in Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and that you strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives, that will be better for you, if you but know!

phonetic Transliteration

Tuminoona biAllahi warasoolihi watujahidoona fee sabeeli Allahi biamwalikum waanfusikum thalikum khayrun lakum in kuntum taAAlamoona

Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation

That ye believe in Allah and His Messenger, and that ye strive (your utmost) in the Cause of Allah, with your property and your persons: That will be best for you, if ye but knew!

Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

That you believe in Allah and His Messenger, and that you strive hard and fight in the cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives, that will be better for you, if you but know!

This is far better for you if only you know

(61:11) It is that you should believe in Allah and His Messenger, *15 and should exert your utmost in Allah's Way with your wealth and your selves. This would be best for you if you only knew. *16
