﴿إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ شُعَيْبٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ﴾
[ الشعراء: 177]
26:177 When Shu'ayb said to them, "Will you not fear Allah?
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishWhen their prophet Shu‘ayb said to them, “Will you not be mindful of Allah by leaving idolatry, fearing Him?”

Ith qala lahum shuAAaybun ala tattaqoona

Behold, Shu'aib said to them: "Will ye not fear (Allah)?
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
When Shu`ayb said to them: "Will you not have Taqwa"
