surah Araf aya 41 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿لَهُم مِّن جَهَنَّمَ مِهَادٌ وَمِن فَوْقِهِمْ غَوَاشٍ ۚ وَكَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِي الظَّالِمِينَ﴾
[ الأعراف: 41]
7:41 They will have from Hell a bed and over them coverings [of fire]. And thus do We recompense the wrongdoers.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishFor these people who rejected the truth, because they were too proud, is a bed of Hell to lie on, and above them is a covering of torment.
This is the way in which Allah rewards those who overstep His limits through their disbelief in Him, and through their turning away from Him.

Theirs will be a bed of Hell (Fire), and over them coverings (of Hell-fire). Thus do We recompense the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.).

Lahum min jahannama mihadun wamin fawqihim ghawashin wakathalika najzee alththalimeena

For them there is Hell, as a couch (below) and folds and folds of covering above: such is Our requital of those who do wrong.
