surah Al Isra aya 89 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلَقَدْ صَرَّفْنَا لِلنَّاسِ فِي هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنِ مِن كُلِّ مَثَلٍ فَأَبَىٰ أَكْثَرُ النَّاسِ إِلَّا كُفُورًا﴾
[ الإسراء: 89]
17:89 And We have certainly diversified for the people in this Qur'an from every [kind] of example, but most of the people refused [anything] except disbelief.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd I have explained to people in this Qur’ān and brought all types of advice, reminders, commands, prohibitions and stories they can take lessons from, in the hope they will believe.
But most people have refused except to deny this Qur’ān.

And indeed We have fully explained to mankind, in this Quran, every kind of similitude, but most mankind refuse (the truth and accept nothing) but disbelief.

Walaqad sarrafna lilnnasi fee hatha alqurani min kulli mathalin faaba aktharu alnnasi illa kufooran

And We have explained to man, in this Qur'an, every kind of similitude: yet the greater part of men refuse (to receive it) except with ingratitude!
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
