﴿وَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ فَتَكُونَ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ﴾
[ يونس: 95]

10:95 And never be of those who deny the signs of Allah and [thus] be among the losers.

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

Do not be of those who deny Allah’s proof and evidence, because that will make you one of those who have lost their own souls by bringing them to the point of destruction because of their disbelief.
All these warnings are meant to show the seriousness of doubt and denial, despite the fact that the Prophet is protected from such things.

Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

And be not one of those who belie the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah, for then you shall be one of the losers.

Wala takoonanna mina allatheena kaththaboo biayati Allahi fatakoona mina alkhasireena

Nor be of those who reject the signs of Allah, or thou shalt be of those who perish.

*96). Though this admonition is apparently addressed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be on him), in point of fact it is directed to those who entertained doubts about the Prophet's message. Reference is made to the People of the Book because the common Arabs were not conversant with the Scriptures. But so far as the People of the Book were concerned, there were doubtlessly some pious religious scholars among them who were in a position to corroborate the fact that the Qur'anic message was essentially the same as that delivered by the earlier Prophets.
