Verse 32 from surah Al-Ahqaaf

﴿وَمَن لَّا يُجِبْ دَاعِيَ اللَّهِ فَلَيْسَ بِمُعْجِزٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ مِن دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءُ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ﴾
[ الأحقاف: 32]

English - Sahih International

46:32 But he who does not respond to the Caller of Allah will not cause failure [to Him] upon earth, and he will not have besides Him any protectors. Those are in manifest error."

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

Those who do not respond to the truth that Muhammad ( peace be upon him ) calls them towards will not be able to render Allah helpless and escape from Him by fleeing on earth and they will not have besides Allah any protectors to rescue them from the punishment.
Such people have clearly deviated from the truth.

Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

And whosoever does not respond to Allah's Caller, he cannot escape on earth, and there will be no Auliya' (protectors) for him besides Allah (from Allah's Punishment). Those are in manifest error.

Waman la yujib daAAiya Allahi falaysa bimuAAjizin fee alardi walaysa lahu min doonihi awliyaa olaika fee dalalin mubeenin

Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation

"If any does not hearken to the one who invites (us) to Allah, he cannot frustrate (Allah's Plan) on earth, and no protectors can he have besides Allah: such men (wander) in manifest error."

Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

"And whosoever does not respond to Allah's Caller, he cannot escape on earth, and he will not have besides Allah any protectors. Those are in manifest error."

And he, they said, who turns a deaf ear to the man entrusted by Allah to guide people into all truth, must realize that he will not and simply cannot frustrate the laws and statutes of heavens realm on earth nor can he be under the tutelage of any one besides Allah. Such persons are they who hold fast to false beliefs

Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(46:32) And *36 he who does not respond to the one who calls to Allah will not be able to frustrate Him on earth, nor will they have anyone to protect them from Allah. Such people are in manifest error.
