Verse 65 from surah Al-Anam

﴿قُلْ هُوَ الْقَادِرُ عَلَىٰ أَن يَبْعَثَ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابًا مِّن فَوْقِكُمْ أَوْ مِن تَحْتِ أَرْجُلِكُمْ أَوْ يَلْبِسَكُمْ شِيَعًا وَيُذِيقَ بَعْضَكُم بَأْسَ بَعْضٍ ۗ انظُرْ كَيْفَ نُصَرِّفُ الْآيَاتِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَفْقَهُونَ﴾
[ الأنعام: 65]

(ऐ रसूल) तुम कह दो कि वही उस पर अच्छी तरह क़ाबू रखता है कि अगर (चाहे तो) तुम पर अज़ाब तुम्हारे (सर के) ऊपर से नाज़िल करे या तुम्हारे पॉव के नीचे से (उठाकर खड़ा कर दे) या एक गिरोह को दूसरे से भिड़ा दे और तुम में से कुछ लोगों को बाज़ आदमियों की लड़ाई का मज़ा चखा दे ज़रा ग़ौर तो करो हम किस किस तरह अपनी आयतों को उलट पुलट के बयान करते हैं ताकि लोग समझे

48. ह़दीस में है कि नबी (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि व सल्लम) ने अपनी उम्मत के लिए तीन दुआएँ कीं : मेरी उम्मत का विनाश डूब कर न हो। साधारण आकाल से न हो। और आपस की लड़ाई से न हो। तो पहली दो दुआएँ स्वीकार हूईं और तीसरी से आपको रोक दिया गया। (बुख़ारी : 2216)

कहो, "वह इसकी सामर्थ्य रखता है कि तुमपर तुम्हारे ऊपर से या तुम्हारे पैरों के नीचे से कोई यातना भेज दे या तुम्हें टोलियों में बाँटकर परस्पर भिड़ा दे और एक को दूसरे की लड़ाई का मज़ा चखाए।" देखो, हम आयतों को कैसे, तरह-तरह से, बयान करते है, ताकि वे समझे

Quran Urdu translation

کہہ دو کہ وہ (اس پر بھی) قدرت رکھتا ہے کہ تم پر اوپر کی طرف سے یا تمہارے پاؤں کے نیچے سے عذاب بھیجے یا تمہیں فرقہ فرقہ کردے اور ایک کو دوسرے (سے لڑا کر آپس) کی لڑائی کا مزہ چکھادے۔ دیکھو ہم اپنی آیتوں کو کس کس طرح بیان کرتے ہیں تاکہ یہ لوگ سمجھیں

Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(6:65) Say: "It is He Who has the power to send forth chastisement upon you from above you, or from beneath your feet, or split you into hostile groups and make some of you taste each others' violence. Behold, how We set forth Our signs in diverse forms, so that maybe they will understand the Truth". *42

*42). God's punishment can strike in an instant. This is the warning to those who, supposing such punishment to he remote, were growing bolder in their hostility towards the Truth. They could be destroyed in a moment by a hurricane. Just a few earthquake trernors could raze villages and cities to the ground. Likewise, a few spark, of hostility could ultimately wreak such havoc among tribes. nations and countries that bloodshed and lawlessness plague them for years on end. Hence if they are spared punishments for a while that should not drug them to heedlessness and lead them to live in total disregard of distinctions between right and wrong. They should rather he grateful that God had given thern respite and by means of a number of signs He was making it possible for thern to recognize the Truth and foliow it.

Qul huwa alqadiru AAala an yabAAatha AAalaykum AAathaban min fawqikum aw min tahti arjulikum aw yalbisakum shiyaAAan wayutheeqa baAAdakum basa baAAdin onthur kayfa nusarrifu alayati laAAallahum yafqahoona

Say, "He is the [one] Able to send upon you affliction from above you or from beneath your feet or to confuse you [so you become] sects and make you taste the violence of one another." Look how We diversify the signs that they might understand.

আপনি বলুনঃ তিনিই শক্তিমান যে, তোমাদের উপর কোন শাস্তি উপর দিক থেকে অথবা তোমাদের পদতল থেকে প্রেরণ করবেন অথবা তোমাদেরকে দলে-উপদলে বিভক্ত করে সবাইকে মুখোমুখী করে দিবেন এবং এককে অন্যের উপর আক্রমণের স্বাদ আস্বাদন করাবেন। দেখ, আমি কেমন ঘুরিয়ে-ফিরিয়ে নিদর্শনাবলী বর্ণনা করি যাতে তারা বুঝে নেয়।

  7. और (फिर) वह अपने (मोमिनीन के) क़बीले की तरफ ख़ुश ख़ुश पलटेगा
  8. ये लोग बस दुनियावी ज़िन्दगी की ज़ाहिरी हालत को जानते हैं और ये लोग आखेरत
  9. और (ऐ रसूल) कुछ तुम ही नहीं तुमसे पहले पैग़म्बरों के साथ मसख़रापन किया जा
  10. (जो) चीज़ें (बीज वग़ैरह) ज़मीन में दाख़िल हुई है और जो चीज़ (दरख्त वग़ैरह) इसमें
