﴿وَكَذَّبَ بِهِ قَوْمُكَ وَهُوَ الْحَقُّ ۚ قُل لَّسْتُ عَلَيْكُم بِوَكِيلٍ﴾
[ الأنعام: 66]
और उसी (क़ुरान) को तुम्हारी क़ौम ने झुठला दिया हालॉकि वह बरहक़ है (ऐ रसूल) तुम उनसे कहो कि मैं तुम पर कुछ निगेहबान तो हूं नहीं हर ख़बर (के पूरा होने) का एक ख़ास वक्त मुक़र्रर है और अनक़रीब (जल्दी) ही तुम जान लोगे

اور اس (قرآن) کو تمہاری قوم نے جھٹلایا حالانکہ وہ سراسر حق ہے۔ کہہ دو کہ میں تمہارا داروغہ نہیں ہوں

(6:66) Your people have denied it even though it is the Truth. Say: "I am not a guardian over You. *43
But your people have denied it while it is the truth. Say, meaning
*43). A Prophet is neither required to compel People to see what they are not prepared to see nor to force into their hearts what they fail to comprehend. It is not a Prophet's task to chastise people for failing to see and comprehend the Truth. His task is merely to proclaim Truth as distinct from falsehood. If people fail thereafter to accept it, they will be overwhelmed by the very misfortunes against which that Prophet had warned.
