surah Nisa aya 126 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۚ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ مُّحِيطًا﴾
[ النساء: 126]
4:126 And to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And ever is Allah, of all things, encompassing.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe dominion of everything in the heavens and the earth is Allah’s alone.
Allah, with His knowledge, power and planning, surrounds everything in His creation.

And to Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. And Allah is Ever Encompassing all things.
