﴿وَمَن يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَهُ يُدْخِلْهُ نَارًا خَالِدًا فِيهَا وَلَهُ عَذَابٌ مُّهِينٌ﴾

परन्तु जो अल्लाह और उसके रसूल की अवज्ञा करेगा और उसकी सीमाओं का उल्लंघन करेगा उसे अल्लाह आग में डालेगा, जिसमें वह सदैव रहेगा। और उसके लिए अपमानजनक यातना है

Quran Urdu translation

اور جو خدا اور اس کے رسول کی نافرمانی کرے گا اور اس کی حدوں سے نکل جائے گا اس کو خدا دوزخ میں ڈالے گا جہاں وہ ہمیشہ رہے گا۔ اور اس کو ذلت کا عذاب ہوگا

Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(4:14) And he who disobeys Allah and His Messenger and transgresses the bounds set by Him - him shall Allah cause to enter the Fire. There he will abide. A humiliating chastisement awaits him.25a

And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger and transgresses His limits - meaning

*25)a. This is a terrifying verse in which those who either tamper with God's laws of inheritance or violate the legal bounds categorically laid down by God in His Book are warned of unending punishment. It is lamentable that, in spite of these very stern warnings, Muslims have occasionally been guilty of breaching God's laws with the same boldness and insolence as that of the Jews. Disobedience to God's law of inheritance has occasionally assumed the proportion of open rebellion against Him. In some instances, women have been disinherited altogether. In others, the eldest son has been declared the only legal heir. There are also instances where the entire system of inheritance distribution has been replaced by the system of joint family property. In still other instances, the shares of women have been made equal to those of men. In our time a few Muslim states, in imitation of the West, even contrived a new form of disobedience. This consists of imposing death duties so that governments, too, become one of the heirs of the deceased, an heir whose share God had altogether failed to mention! This is despite the fact that under Islamic dispensation governments may assume control of a dead man's inheritance only if it is either unclaimed or if the person concerned has specifically so bequeathed part of his inheritance.

Waman yaAAsi Allaha warasoolahu wayataAAadda hudoodahu yudkhilhu naran khalidan feeha walahu AAathabun muheenun

And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger and transgresses His limits - He will put him into the Fire to abide eternally therein, and he will have a humiliating punishment.

যে কেউ আল্লাহ ও রসূলের অবাধ্যতা করে এবং তার সীমা অতিক্রম করে তিনি তাকে আগুনে প্রবেশ করাবেন। সে সেখানে চিরকাল থাকবে। তার জন্যে রয়েছে অপমানজনক শাস্তি।

  2. या वह शख़्श जो सीधा बराबर राहे रास्त पर चल रहा हो (ऐ रसूल) तुम
  3. और जिस दिन क़यामत बरपा होगी तो गुनाहगार लोग कसमें खाएँगें कि वह (दुनिया में)
  4. बेशक वह लोग जिनकी तुम ख़ुदा को छोड़कर हाजत करते हो वह (भी) तुम्हारी तरह
  5. ये ख़ुदा का हुक्म है जो ख़ुदा ने तुम पर नाज़िल किया है और जो
  6. और अगर ये बात न होती कि (आख़िर) सब लोग एक ही तरीक़े के हो
  7. और जिन लोगों ने कुफ्र एख्तेयार किया उन की मिसाल तो उस शख्स की मिसाल
  8. और जिस शख्स ने ख़ुदा और रसूल की इताअत की तो ऐसे लोग उन (मक़बूल)
  9. तो हमने सबको उनके गुनाह की सज़ा में ले डाला चुनांन्चे उनमे से बाज़ तो
  10. इसमें तो शक ही नहीं कि जो लोग ख़ुदा की आयतों पर ईमान नहीं लाते
