﴿وَاتَّقُوا يَوْمًا لَّا تَجْزِي نَفْسٌ عَن نَّفْسٍ شَيْئًا وَلَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهَا شَفَاعَةٌ وَلَا يُؤْخَذُ مِنْهَا عَدْلٌ وَلَا هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ﴾
[ البقرة: 48]
और उस दिन से डरो (जिस दिन) कोई शख्स किसी की तरफ से न फिदिया हो सकेगा और न उसकी तरफ से कोई सिफारिश मानी जाएगी और न उसका कोई मुआवज़ा लिया जाएगा और न वह मदद पहुँचाए जाएँगे

और डरो उस दिन से जब न कोई किसी भी ओर से कुछ तावान भरेगा और न किसी की ओर से कोई सिफ़ारिश ही क़बूल की जाएगी और न किसी की ओर से कोई फ़िद्या (अर्थदंड) लिया जाएगा और न वे सहायता ही पा सकेंगे।

اور اس دن سے ڈرو جب کوئی کسی کے کچھ کام نہ آئے اور نہ کسی کی سفارش منظور کی جائے اور نہ کسی سے کسی طرح کا بدلہ قبول کیا جائے اور نہ لوگ (کسی اور طرح) مدد حاصل کر سکیں

আর সে দিনের ভয় কর, যখন কেউ কারও সামান্য উপকারে আসবে না এবং তার পক্ষে কোন সুপারিশও কবুল হবে না; কারও কাছ থেকে ক্ষতিপূরণও নেয়া হবে না এবং তারা কোন রকম সাহায্যও পাবে না।
