Entre os fiéis, há homens que cumpriram o que haviam prometido, quando (33:23)

﴿مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ ۖ فَمِنْهُم مَّن قَضَىٰ نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَنتَظِرُ ۖ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلًا﴾
[ الأحزاب: 23]

Entre os fiéis, há homens que cumpriram o que haviam prometido, quando da sua comunhão com Deus; há-os que oconsumaram (ao extremo), e outros que esperam, ainda, sem violarem a sua comunhão, no mínimo que seja.

Portuguese Translation - Helmy Nasr

Dentre os crentes, há homens que cumpriram o que haviam pactuado com Allah. Então, dentre eles, houve quem cumprisse seu voto. E, dentre eles, há quem espere. E não mudam mudança alguma.

23. Entre los creyentes hay hombres que han sido fieles a su compromiso con Al-lah. Algunos ya han fallecido (luchando por Su causa), mientras que otros esperan (a que les llegue el momento) y no han cambiado en nada (siguiendo fieles a su compromiso),

Among the believers are men true to what they promised Allah. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow [to the death], and among them is he who awaits [his chance]. And they did not alter [the terms of their commitment] by any alteration -
