Deus é Quem vos cria, depois vos recolhe. Entre vós há quem (16:70)

﴿وَاللَّهُ خَلَقَكُمْ ثُمَّ يَتَوَفَّاكُمْ ۚ وَمِنكُم مَّن يُرَدُّ إِلَىٰ أَرْذَلِ الْعُمُرِ لِكَيْ لَا يَعْلَمَ بَعْدَ عِلْمٍ شَيْئًا ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ قَدِيرٌ﴾
[ النحل: 70]

Deus é Quem vos cria, depois vos recolhe. Entre vós há quem chegará à senilidade, até ao ponto em que de nada selembrará do que tenha sabido. Sabei que Deus é Onipotente, Sapientíssimo.

Portuguese Translation - Helmy Nasr

E Allah criou-vos; em seguida, levar-vos-á a alma. E há, dentre vós, quem seja levado à mais provecta idade, para nada mais saber, após haver tido ciência. Por certo, Allah é Onisciente, Onipotente.

Spanish - Noor International

70. Y Al-lah os ha creado y luego hará que perezcáis. Y de vosotros hay quienes volverán a un estado de debilidad (la senectud) en el que no sabrán nada después de todo el conocimiento que habían adquirido (durante su vida). Al-lah es, en verdad, Omnisciente y Todopoderoso.

English - Sahih International

And Allah created you; then He will take you in death. And among you is he who is reversed to the most decrepit [old] age so that he will not know, after [having had] knowledge, a thing. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Competent.
