﴿بَلَىٰ إِنَّ رَبَّهُ كَانَ بِهِ بَصِيرًا﴾
[ الانشقاق: 15]

But yes! Indeed, his Lord was ever of him, Seeing.

Nay, nay! for his Lord was (ever) watchful of him!
