Surah Saba Ayat 28 Tafseer in Hindi
﴿وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا كَافَّةً لِّلنَّاسِ بَشِيرًا وَنَذِيرًا وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ﴾
[ سبأ: 28]
(ऐ रसूल) हमने तुमको तमाम (दुनिया के) लोगों के लिए (नेकों को बेहश्त की) खुशखबरी देने वाला और (बन्दों को अज़ाब से) डराने वाला (पैग़म्बर) बनाकर भेजा मगर बहुतेरे लोग (इतना भी) नहीं जानते
Surah Saba Hindi28. इस आयत में अल्लाह ने मुह़्म्मद (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि व सल्लम) के विश्वव्यापि रसूल तथा सर्व मनुष्य जाति के पथ प्रदर्शक होने की घोषणा की है। जिसे सूरतुल-आराफ़, आयत संख्या : 158, तथा सूरतुल-फ़ुर्क़ान आयत संख्या : 1 में भी वर्णित किया गया है। इसी प्रकार आप (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि व सल्लम) ने फरमाया कि मुझे पाँच ऐसी चीज़ें दी गई हैं जो मुझसे पूर्व किसी नबी को नहीं दी गईं। और वे ये हैं : 1. एक महीने की दूरी तक शत्रुओं के दिलों में मेरी धाक द्वारा मेरी सहायता की गई है। 2. पूरी धरती मेरे लिए मस्जिद तथा पवित्र बना दी गई है। 3. युद्ध में प्राप्त धन मेरे लिए वैध कर दिया गया है, जो पहले किसी नबी के लिये वैध नहीं किया गया। 4. मुझे सिफ़ारिश का अधिकार दिया गया है। 5. मुझसे पहले के नबी मात्र अपने समुदाय के लिए भेजे जाते थे, परंतु मुझे संपूर्ण मानव जाति के लिए नबी बनाकर भेजा गया है। (सह़ीह़ बुख़ारी : 335) आयत का भावार्थ यह है कि आपके आगमन के पश्चात् आपपर ईमान लाना तथा आपके लाए धर्म विधान क़ुरआन का अनुपालन करना पूरे मानव विश्व पर अनिवार्य है। और यही सत्धर्म तथा मुक्ति मार्ग है। जिसे अधिक्तर लोग नहीं जानते। नबी (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि व सल्लम) ने फरमाया : उसकी शपथ जिसके हाथ में मेरे प्राण हैं! इस उम्मत का कोई यहूदी और ईसाई मुझे सुनेगा और मौत से पहले मेरे धर्म पर ईमान नहीं लाएगा, तो वह नरक में जाएगा। (सह़ीह़ मुस्लिम : 153)

हमने तो तुम्हें सारे ही मनुष्यों को शुभ-सूचना देनेवाला और सावधान करनेवाला बनाकर भेजा, किन्तु अधिकतर लोग जानते नहीं
Quran Urdu translation
اور (اے محمدﷺ) ہم نے تم کو تمام لوگوں کے لئے خوشخبری سنانے والا اور ڈرانے والا بنا کر بھیجا ہے لیکن اکثر لوگ نہیں جانتے
Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi
(34:28) (O Prophet), We have not sent you forth but as a herald of good news and a warner for all mankind. But most people do not know. *47
And We have not sent you except comprehensively to mankind as a meaning
*47) That is, "You have not been sent as a Prophet for the people of this city, or this country, or this age alone, but for the people of the entire world and for ever, but your compatriots do not recognize your worth and they do not realize how great a person has been raised among them as a Prophet and how uniquely they have been blessed by Allah."
The fact that the Holy Prophet has not been appointed a Prophet only for his own country or for his own age but for all mankind till Resurrection, has been stated at several places in the Qur'an. For instance,
"And this Qur'an has been revealed to me that I should thereby warn you and all those whom it may reach." (AI-An'am: 19).
"O Prophet, say: O mankind, I am a Messenger to all of you from Allah. " (Al-A'raf: 158).
"O Prophet, We have sent you to be a real blessing for all the people of the world. " (Al-Anbiya' : 107) .
"Highly blessed is He Who has sent down Al-Furqan to His servant so that he may be a warner to all mankind." (Al-Furqan: 1).
The same thing has been stated by the Holy Prophet in a number of Ahadith in different ways. For example.
"I have been sent to all mankind, the black as well as the white." (Musnad Ahmad: Marwiyat Abu Musa Ash ari).
"I have been sent to alI mankind as a whole, whereas cvery Prophet before me was only sent to his own people." (Musnad Ahmad: Marwiyat 'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin 'As). "Before me cvery Prophet was specifically sent to his own people; but I have been sent for all mankind. " (Bukhari and Muslim: From Traditions related by Jabir bin 'Abdullah).
"My appointment as d Prophet and Resurrection are like this. Saying this the Holy Prophet raised his two fingers." (Bukhari and Muslim). What he meant by this was : "Just as no third finger intervenes between these two fingers, so there is no prophethood between the and Resurrection. After me there will be Resurrection only, and I shall be the Prophet till Resurrectian."

- ऐ रसूल तुम उन (लोगों से) कह दो किजो कुछ तुम्हारे दिलों में है तो
- जिसमें वह हमेशा (जलता भुनता) रहेगा यही तो बड़ी रूसवाई है मुनाफेक़ीन इस बात से
