Y cuando favorecemos al hombre se aparta y se retira a lo (17:83)

﴿وَإِذَا أَنْعَمْنَا عَلَى الْإِنسَانِ أَعْرَضَ وَنَأَىٰ بِجَانِبِهِ ۖ وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ الشَّرُّ كَانَ يَئُوسًا﴾
[ الإسراء: 83]

Y cuando favorecemos al hombre se aparta y se retira a lo suyo, pero cuando le toca el mal se queda desesperado.

El incrédulo, cuando lo agracio, no Me agradece por arrogancia; pero cuando lo aflige un mal se desespera.

83. Y si concedemos al hombre parte de Nuestro favor, se aleja ingrato y arrogante; mas si lo alcanza la adversidad, se desespera (de la misericordia de Al-lah).

And when We bestow favor upon the disbeliever, he turns away and distances himself; and when evil touches him, he is ever despairing.
