Todavia, quando tiverem cumprido o seu término prefixado, tomai-as em termos eqüitativos (65:2)

﴿فَإِذَا بَلَغْنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَأَمْسِكُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ فَارِقُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ وَأَشْهِدُوا ذَوَيْ عَدْلٍ مِّنكُمْ وَأَقِيمُوا الشَّهَادَةَ لِلَّهِ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ يُوعَظُ بِهِ مَن كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مَخْرَجًا﴾
[ الطلاق: 2]

Todavia, quando tiverem cumprido o seu término prefixado, tomai-as em termos eqüitativos ou separai-vos delas, emtermos eqüitativos. (Em ambos os casos) fazei-o ante testemunhas eqüitativas, dentre vós, e justificai o testemunho anteDeus, com o qual se exorta quem crê em Deus e no Dia do Juízo Final. Mas, a quem temer a Deus, Ele lhe apontará umasaída.

Então, quando elas chegarem às proximidades de seu termo, retende-as convenientemente, ou separai-vos delas convenientemente; e fazei testemunhá-lo dois homens justos dos vossos, e cumpri com equanimidade, o testemunho por Allah. Isso é o com que é exortado quem crê em Allah e no Derradeiro Dia. E quem teme a Allah, Ele lhe fará saída digna,

2. Y cuando ellas hayan completado su periodo de espera, o bien volvéis a tomarlas como esposas en buenos términos (ofreciéndoles una buena convivencia), o bien las dejáis libres de buena manera. Y tomad (en ambos casos) a dos testigos justos de entre vosotros, y que atestigüen por Al-lah con sinceridad. Así exhorta Al-lah a quien cree en Él y en el Último Día. Y a quien tema a Al-lah (aferrándose a Sus mandatos), Él le concederá una salida ante cada apuro.

English - Sahih International

And when they have [nearly] fulfilled their term, either retain them according to acceptable terms or part with them according to acceptable terms. And bring to witness two just men from among you and establish the testimony for [the acceptance of] Allah. That is instructed to whoever should believe in Allah and the Last day. And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out
