E o Faraó disse: Deixai-me matar Moisés, e que invoque o seu (40:26)

﴿وَقَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ ذَرُونِي أَقْتُلْ مُوسَىٰ وَلْيَدْعُ رَبَّهُ ۖ إِنِّي أَخَافُ أَن يُبَدِّلَ دِينَكُمْ أَوْ أَن يُظْهِرَ فِي الْأَرْضِ الْفَسَادَ﴾
[ غافر: 26]

E o Faraó disse: Deixai-me matar Moisés, e que invoque o seu Senhor. Temo que mude a vossa religião ou que semeie acorrupção na terra!

E Faraó disse: Deixai-me matar Moisés, e que ele invoque a seu Senhor. Por certo, temo que ele troque vossa religião, ou que faça aparecer, na terra, a corrupção.

26. Y el Faraóndijo: «Dejad que mate a Moisés y que él suplique (ayuda) a su Señor (para impedírmelo). En verdad, temo que cambie vuestra religión o que siembre la corrupción en la tierra (de Egipto)».

English - Sahih International

And Pharaoh said, "Let me kill Moses and let him call upon his Lord. Indeed, I fear that he will change your religion or that he will cause corruption in the land."
