Y no hemos enviado a ningún mensajero sino para que fuera obedecido (4:64)

﴿وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا لِيُطَاعَ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ ۚ وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ إِذ ظَّلَمُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ جَاءُوكَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُوا اللَّهَ وَاسْتَغْفَرَ لَهُمُ الرَّسُولُ لَوَجَدُوا اللَّهَ تَوَّابًا رَّحِيمًا﴾
[ النساء: 64]

Y no hemos enviado a ningún mensajero sino para que fuera obedecido con el permiso de Allah.

Spanish Translation - Garcia

Hemos enviado a los Mensajeros para que sean obedecidos con el permiso de Dios. Si [los hipócritas] después de haber cometido esas injusticias hubieran recurrido a ti, se hubieran arrepentido ante Dios, y el Mensajero hubiera pedido perdón por ellos, habrían comprobado que Dios es Indulgente, Misericordioso.

64. Y no hemos enviado a ningún mensajero, salvo para ser obedecido con el permiso de Al-lah. Y si hubiesen acudido a ti, después de haber sido injustos consigo mismos, y hubiesen pedido perdón a Al-lah y tú, Muhammad, hubieses pedio perdón por ellos, habrían hallado que Al-lah acepta siempre el arrepentimiento y que es Misericordioso.

English - Sahih International

And We did not send any messenger except to be obeyed by permission of Allah. And if, when they wronged themselves, they had come to you, [O Muhammad], and asked forgiveness of Allah and the Messenger had asked forgiveness for them, they would have found Allah Accepting of repentance and Merciful.
