Y si en la partición están presentes parientes, huérfanos y pobres,... (4:8)

﴿وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَىٰ وَالْيَتَامَىٰ وَالْمَسَاكِينُ فَارْزُقُوهُم مِّنْهُ وَقُولُوا لَهُمْ قَوْلًا مَّعْرُوفًا﴾
[ النساء: 8]

Y si en la partición están presentes parientes, huérfanos y pobres, dadles algo de ello como sustento y habladles con palabras convenientes.

Si algunos [otros] parientes, huérfanos o pobres, asisten al reparto de la herencia, denles algo y trátenlos con amabilidad.

8. Y si también están presentes, en la repartición de la herencia, otros parientes (que no tienen derecho a heredar), huérfanos y pobres, dadles algo de ella (antes de repartirla) y habladles con amabilidad.

English - Sahih International

And when [other] relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the [time of] division, then provide for them [something] out of the estate and speak to them words of appropriate kindness.
