﴿كَلَّا ۖ بَل لَّا تُكْرِمُونَ الْيَتِيمَ﴾
[ الفجر: 17]

No! But you do not honor the orphan

Nay, nay! but ye honour not the orphans!

Nay! But you treat not the orphans with kindness and generosity (i.e. you neither treat them well, nor give them their exact right of inheritance)!

*11) That is, "As long as his father is alive, your treatment of him is attentive and when his rather dies, even the paternal and maternal uncles and the elder brothers, to say nothing of the neighbours and distant relatives, neglect him."
