﴿أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ حَقًّا ۚ لَّهُمْ دَرَجَاتٌ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ وَمَغْفِرَةٌ وَرِزْقٌ كَرِيمٌ﴾
[ الأنفال: 4]

यही तो सच्चे ईमानदार हैं उन्हीं के लिए उनके परवरदिगार के हॉ (बड़े बड़े) दरजे हैं और बख्शिश और इज्ज़त और आबरू के साथ रोज़ी है (ये माले ग़नीमत का झगड़ा वैसा ही है)

یہی سچے مومن ہیں اور ان کے لیے پروردگار کے ہاں (بڑے بڑے درجے) اور بخشش اور عزت کی روزی ہے

Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(8:4) Such people are indeed true believers. They have high ranks with their Lord, and forgiveness for their sins *3 and an honourable sustenance.

Those are the believers, truly. For them are degrees [of high position] meaning

*3). Even the best and the most devoted believers are liable to commit lapses. As long as man is man, it is impossible for his record to be filled exclusively with righteousness of the highest order and to be free from all lapses, shortcomings and weaknesses. Out of His infinite mercy, however, God overlooks man's shortcomings as long as he fulfils the basic duties incumbent upon him as God's servant, and favours him with a reward far greater than that warranted by his good works. Had it been a rule that man would be judged strictly on the basis of his deeds, that he would be punished for every evil deed and rewarded for every good deed, no man, howsoever righteous, would have escaped punishment.

  3. मगर जिन लोगों ने (हक़ छिपाने से) तौबा की और अपनी ख़राबी की इसलाह कर
  4. तो (ऐ रसूल) जिन लोगों के दिलों में (नेफ़ाक़ की) बीमारी है तुम उन्हें देखोगे
  5. जिस दिन ख़ुदा उन सबको दोबारा उठाएगा तो उनके आमाल से उनको आगाह कर देगा
  6. बेशक परहेज़गार लोग अपने परवरदिगार के यहाँ ऐशो आराम के बाग़ों में होंगे
  7. तो तुम अपनी बीवियों समैत एजाज़ व इकराम से बेहिश्त में दाखिल हो जाओ
  8. ऐ अहले किताब तुम इबराहीम के बारे में (ख्वाह मा ख्वाह) क्यों झगड़ते हो कि
  9. हमने उनको पैदा किया और उनके आज़ा को मज़बूत बनाया और अगर हम चाहें तो
  10. बल्कि इससे भी क़रीब था
