E fizemos atravessar o mar os israelitas; porém o Faraó e seu (10:90)

﴿۞ وَجَاوَزْنَا بِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ الْبَحْرَ فَأَتْبَعَهُمْ فِرْعَوْنُ وَجُنُودُهُ بَغْيًا وَعَدْوًا ۖ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا أَدْرَكَهُ الْغَرَقُ قَالَ آمَنتُ أَنَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا الَّذِي آمَنَتْ بِهِ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ وَأَنَا مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ﴾
[ يونس: 90]

E fizemos atravessar o mar os israelitas; porém o Faraó e seu exército perseguiram-no iníqua e hostilmente até que, estando a ponto de afogar-se, o Faraó disse: Creio agora que não há mais divindade além de Deus em que crêem osisraelitas, e sou um dos submissos!

E fizemos os filhos de Israel atravessar o mar; então, Faraó seguiu-os, ele e seu exército, transgressora e agressoramente, até que, quando o afogamento atingiu-o, ele disse: Creio que não há deus senão Aquele em Que crêem os filhos de Israel, e sou dos muçulmanos.

90. E hicimos que los hijos de Israel cruzaran el mar; mas los persiguieron el Faraón y su ejército con tiranía y hostilidad. Y cuando (las aguas se abatieron sobre el Faraón y) él se estaba ahogando (y vio el castigo de Al-lah), dijo: «Creo que no hay más dios que Aquel en el que creen los hijos de Israel y soy de quienes se someten a Él».

And We took the Children of Israel across the sea, and Pharaoh and his soldiers pursued them in tyranny and enmity until, when drowning overtook him, he said, "I believe that there is no deity except that in whom the Children of Israel believe, and I am of the Muslims."
