أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ(1)

 (О, Мухаммад!) Биз сенин көкүрөгүңдү кеңейтпедикпи??”

وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ(2)

 Сенден күнөө(лөрү)ңдү алып салдык

الَّذِي أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ(3)

 Ал сенин желкеңди эзип турган

وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ(4)

 Жана Биз сенин атагыңды көтөрдүк

فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا(5)

 Албетте, кыйынчылык менен бирге жеңилдик бар

إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا(6)

 Албетте, кыйынчылык менен бирге жеңилдик бар

فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانصَبْ(7)

 Эми, качан (намаздан) бошосоң (көп дуба кылууга) тырыш

وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَارْغَب(8)

 жана Раббиңе“ гана умтул
